How I work

I solve 5,000-piece puzzles for fun. The method carries over.

Same approach on a table of loose pieces as on a messy client question.

1

Sort the edges

Frame the problem first: scope, constraints and what a finished answer looks like.

2

Group by color

Segment the mess into customers, competitors and data sources so patterns show up.

3

Build in sections

Work in parallel workstreams and test early guesses against what the pieces say.

4

Fit the last pieces

Pull the sections together into one clear recommendation a client can act on.
